Shocking customer service

Get touch with them to arrange a new payment plan dye to personal reasons after been informed I could for them to cancel my policy and tell me there not willing to help I spoke to 5 different people all fobbing you off because they can't be bothered to help to tell me there not willing to wait 8 days for a payment now iv got a cancelled policy witch makes it harder to gey insurance.
