Website, claim process is a complete nightmare

I thought I was choosing a reputable company for my travel insurance but I was wrong. Completely frustrating experience. They lost all my claim documents, their website doesnt seem to remember my password so I have to reset it every time. Uploaded a ton of evidence and they asked for more. Finally got a settlement and they calculated it wrong! There is avenue to dispute your claim if you think its wrong. i've written to their complaints team hoping for a response. Admiral annual travel policy

I buy an annual travel insurance policy with admiral and they are great. Most services can be done on the website, but if you need to call them they are always friendly and helpful, and you aren't kept waiting on hold for ages. Price is reasonable and the cover is good. Admiral are a great company to use for insurance.

Admiral are a great company to use for insurance. I had to make a claim because my trip got cancelled last minute and the process for claiming was so straight forward and much quicker than I thought it would be. The price for insurance and what it covered was reasonable as well. I use Admiral whenever I travel because I know their reliable. I would highly recommend using them! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Clear affordable cover

We've always taken out travel insurance but only recently subscribed to being covered by admiral travel insurance for 2 years in a row now. I was especially thankful that this year the cover cost was reduced due to my C-section being elective rather than a medical condition. That was well explained by the customer service representative which gave me an informed choice on the cover. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
