Appalling in every way

They took 4.5 months to even acknowledge receipt of my claim and then only settled 50% of the amount citing reasons that are totally untrue! They do everything they can not to pay and never respond to your emails unless you file a complaint. A total disgrace. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Terrible company to deal with, avoid

On my first night my apt was broken into and my holiday money stolen, despite a police report and all paperwork which they claimed I never sent to which eventually they found and after repeated phone/emails and after 4 months they refused my claim basically taking the holiday agent word against mine, avoid at all costs.
