Cashback but heavy charges for sellers

It is great using the Amex card with big companies as you get a little bit of cashback as well as being able to delay payment a month without incurring interest. However a local coffee shop owner said he doesn't accept it because he is charged £1.08 per transaction. This does seem high given for a typical transaction there the cashback I might earn is around 4p. Still, for big companies and large payments it is great. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Best customer service

On numerous occasions I have dealt with suppliers that refuser to provide refunds in a timely manner. Amex provides the security to take risks and their customer service representatives make the process seemless. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Platinum credit card

Their customer service sucks eggs! And they could use some people skills.

Money, money, money, money! That's all they're about, and they were boast all day about the features of their card service, I remember this is not a credit card, this is a club membership, and they act accordingly. Their customer service is available only a few hours a day even for their premium cards. And unfortunately, they are extremely poor at people management. Amex cash back

Love this credit card. Use it for everyday spending and once a year get a percentage given back of what you’ve spent. Be stupid not to use it. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
