Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Border Collie

Settled on Animal Friends after a couple of years of supermarket pet cover. No comparison thanks to superb help line support and fair pricing. Great Service & Competitive Price

Been with Animal Friends since we first got our dog Barney and had nothing but great customer service and a competitive price at renewal. The Joli Vet app has also come in extremely handy and saves costly vet visits. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

Excellent Pet insurance

I have been insured with Animal Friends for three years when I first got my new kitten. I sadly had to make a claim when she fractured her pelvis. The customer service and complete ease of going through this made things so much easier and stress free when things were already very stressful. Their social media platforms are informative and fun engaging every owner to showcase their furry friends. Animal Friends were recommended to me and I have further recommended them to family and friends. Their prices are good and you get exactly what is in your policy. Quick and efficient

Really great pet insurance provider. The website gives me all the info I need at the vets really quickly. Their Pawtal system means making a claim is SUPER EASY!!! Also, the Joii partnership is fantastic and is used regularly for check ins on any mini concerns without having to go to the vet and pay those bills. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
