Unfortunately the cover is confusing, I would have liked better guidance on the different policies, what they cover and how they might be useful as a pet owner e.g. £12k per year is good for young dogs who might have an accident, £1k per condition better for older dogs who have a mixture of ongoing ailments. The process of submitting a claim is arduous and I don’t like the lack of an itemised list for what has been paid out. I would like to see more advise about where to buy medications for pets during an economic crisis. It’s beneficial for everyone as there’s a considerable cost saving for them. Read more Read less
