Avoid at all cost.

Started my policy on the 5th of the month. Puppy started to show signs of a limp so took him straight to vets on the 9th. 4 days later. No treatment, no diagnosis, just go away and see what happens and maybe he will need an xray. Turned out to be a tiny little split in his paw pad which healed all on its own. Years later when claiming for a back leg for a hip replacement, they deny our claim and state the entire limb is excluded form the policy because of an "existing condition during the waiting period". Waiting periods for accidents is 2 days and for illness 2 weeks, according to their own terms and conditions. Then i have to correct their mistake as this is apparently for the front leg and we are claiming for the back leg! Then when i point out their clear mistake which goes against their own terms and conditions they state it is basically my fault for not noticing the restrictions much earlier and that they stand by their decision to exclude our dogs whole front right limb for an illness that never existed and a claim which was never made, and no condition that was ever diagnosed. This company is an absolute joke. If you want a company that actually has fair terms and cares for the welfare of the animals its insuring and doesn't try to wriggle out of every claim, then AVOID AVOID AVOID ANIMAL FRIENDS.
