Well .not much really. Been with them for years. And won't move anywhere else. It's nice to know that my cat is well insured. Just incase. Love all the care tips. And a vet on hand. Love the news letters delivered on my phone. So please if you want your pet insured. Then this is the best place. They Really Care about your Pets. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Brilliant Insurance

Great insurance company. I have been with them for many years. Premiums obviously have to go up annually but it’s really minimal. The claims team are also very helpful as I have experienced in the past. I’ve not used the Joie facility but think it’s a good thing to have should you need a vet to talk to about any concerns.
