Brilliant Insurance

Great insurance company. I have been with them for many years. Premiums obviously have to go up annually but it’s really minimal. The claims team are also very helpful as I have experienced in the past. I’ve not used the Joie facility but think it’s a good thing to have should you need a vet to talk to about any concerns. Fast and efficient

My vet puts through my claim and I will receive an acknowledgement from Animal Friends within three hours. They usually pay my claim within 24 hours. It doesn't get much faster than that! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Great company easy to deal with

I have been with animal friends for roughly 4 years now and thank god only had to use them once. It was so stress free and sorted between vets and them directly. I didn’t have to worry about anything and my cat (Dave) was looked after and fixed in no time! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023
