Excellent when we came to claiming

Nothing but good things to say about Animal Friends. You never know how good insurance is until it comes to actually claiming and this company was excellent recently. When our dog became very ill last year we had multiple trips to the vet and it was extremely stressful. Claiming was easy though, the vets spoke to Animal Friends directly and they paid out very quickly with amazingly clear communication. We knew exactly where we stood at all times and it's all very transparent and fair. Thank you Animal Friends, this is what good pet insurance looks like! Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Excellent Pet insurance

I have been insured with Animal Friends for three years when I first got my new kitten. I sadly had to make a claim when she fractured her pelvis. The customer service and complete ease of going through this made things so much easier and stress free when things were already very stressful. Their social media platforms are informative and fun engaging every owner to showcase their furry friends. Animal Friends were recommended to me and I have further recommended them to family and friends. Their prices are good and you get exactly what is in your policy. Quick and efficient

Really great pet insurance provider. The website gives me all the info I need at the vets really quickly. Their Pawtal system means making a claim is SUPER EASY!!! Also, the Joii partnership is fantastic and is used regularly for check ins on any mini concerns without having to go to the vet and pay those bills. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
