I've had to make multiple claims due to my dog being on a lot of ongoing conditions. It's simple straight forward and quick to claim. If you're looking for a reliable pet insurance provider, look no further than Animal Friends. We have made several claims for the cost of investigations and an emergency procedure and Animals Friends have covered the policy allowance immediately communicating with both my vet surgery and myself via email and phone. Absolutely brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. The Joii virtual vet app is a great bonus too and one I have used several times, always receiving a call back within minutes and great advice from a real vet via video call. Whenever I have needed to contact Animal Friends they have been helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. Both of my dogs are insured with Animal Friends and the renewal price is always competitive so I keep going back to them - would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

I've been a customer for a few years and up to this point not really needed to make any claims. However this year my dog is nearly 14 and has required ongoing vet treatment. With our vets support, claims have been made and the process appears seamless. Payments are made extremely quick and I can't value Animal Friends high enough.
