Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Honest, fast and efficient.

If you're looking for a reliable pet insurance provider, look no further than Animal Friends. We have made several claims for the cost of investigations and an emergency procedure and Animals Friends have covered the policy allowance immediately communicating with both my vet surgery and myself via email and phone. Absolutely brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. The Joii virtual vet app is a great bonus too and one I have used several times, always receiving a call back within minutes and great advice from a real vet via video call. Animal Friends is a 5* pet insurance provider and one I'm happy to recommended to family and friends. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Whenever I have needed to contact Animal Friends they have been helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. Both of my dogs are insured with Animal Friends and the renewal price is always competitive so I keep going back to them - would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

A really responsive insurance service from joining through to solving problems. They were so kind when my beloved cat Mack had to have an operation and subsequently died. Nothing was too much trouble and claiming was a doddle. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

I've been a customer for a few years and up to this point not really needed to make any claims. However this year my dog is nearly 14 and has required ongoing vet treatment. With our vets support, claims have been made and the process appears seamless. Payments are made extremely quick and I can't value Animal Friends high enough. Excellent support and kindness

My beloved cat and best friend Tommy, became very unwell in a very short space of time and I was advised by the vet that any emergency treatment was going to be costly. I have luckily had Tommy insured and they could have not have been more caring, kind and helpful at a very distressing time. Unfortunately Tommy did pass away but I am so grateful their support as it took away some of the worry at a very difficult snd upsetting time. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

As pet parent to a Frenchie with both allergies and BOAR’s we are at the vet routinely and not so routinely. Having Animal Friends insurance has allowed us not to worry about cost and just make the best decision for Fargo to meet his needs.
