Been with Animal Friends for a number of years now and happy with prices and terms offered with choices for pet insurance. Also feel they go above and beyond when it comes to updates on how to check your pet and good free advice with hints and help with various things that can go wrong or upset your pet. Amazing company for pet insurance

My dog ruptured her accruciate ligaments first her left & then her right on consecutive years. Both times the staff were so helpful and empathetic when I contacted them and my claims were dealt with efficiently & speedily . After the first claim I expected my premium to increase considerably but I was still quoted a fair & competitive price at renewal. They say you only know how good an insurance company is when you need to claim, well as a result of needing to make 2 large claims I can confidently say Animal Friends are an amazing company & I have recommended them to many of my friends with pets and will continue to do so Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Fantastic company, great support through a tough time

Animal Friends have been fantastic through a tough year with my horse, supporting us along the way and allowing us to make the best decisions for him medically. Very good and simple

I feel that the insuramce jargon is kept to a minimum, there's so much choice available for amounts to insure your animals and also different excess options which can lower premiums which is great when things are a struggle at the moment. Fantastic, Prompt & Professional

I have insured my dog with Animal Friends since I got him as an 8week puppy. He’s now 8years old & I have had to use my insurance a couple of times due to ruptured ligaments in both back legs a year a part. Both times the adviser has been very friendly, understanding, supportive and professional. And making a claim has been hassle free & prompt straight to my Vets.
