Lovely and simple

Joining animal friends was so easy and we love the joii app that's part of it. There's varying options to suit your needs in terms of the level and type of cover you're looking for. We've not needed to claim anything with the insurance but we have used the joii app for advice a couple of times when our pooch has been unwell and the vets we've dealt with via the video call were amazing. Wonderful from start to finish.

Animal Friends insurance have been absolutely fantastic. My young dachshund has unfortunately suffered from meningitis and Animal Friends were there for me in our trauma and need of hour. If Animal Friends hadn't been so quick in response to my dachshund emergency needs. He would not be here. I want to thank Animal Friends again for everything they did and do. Animal friends are a great company they keep you updated on what's happening with the newsletter every month, their prices are fair and a great option of how you want to pay monthly payments are affordable, they are very helpful when you speak to them on the phone. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023
