No Worries

I opened my opened my one year fixed rate account easily" . 2% interest is great when you compare it to others. Best deal around and fully secure. It's a no brainer! Wife struggled because her store card was underwritten by another company and we didn't recognise it but went to checkmyfile.com,got it sorted and now we have two accounts opened. Facial recognition can be a bit dodgy, but you can also use voice recognition, or number code to login so no worries whatsoever. Excelle... Reviewed on: 4th March 2017

Banking with Atom is easy, innovative and secure

I've had an excellent experience with Atom Bank for the last few years. Despite being hesitant to move to app-based banking - without the usual assurances of branch or web banking platform, a brief call with their customer services was very reassuring re. potential risks, even offering to research and send over extra info for me. Great bank when offering competitive interest rates

Atom basically runs through the app so I have no need for any customer service support. I did get a proactive email from Atom customer service saying that I needed to change the name I was using on my bank transfer details which was useful. Not for everyone as access is through a smartphone app which may be a step too far for the digitally challenged.
