Simple to use

It was so easy to understand the product and open an account ( especially compared to some of the others we looked at!) as well as easy to use the app on my phone to keep up to date etc. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

A great 5 years of committed service from Atom

I have been a customer with Atom Bank using the fixed savings product regularly. Atom's customer service is 5 stars. They have never let me down or missed a prompt relaying news about my product. The App is extremely user friendly and gives so many options on how to treat funds. I look forward to the next 5 years plus with Atom. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Help given to a lost soul.

They were attractive in interest rates and at the time of probate and COVID they were very useful to avoid a lot of my problems. Been with them ever since and my only limit is the amount they specify. So I stand pat on my investments with them. Let the money do the work. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
