Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

All you want in a simple to use app

I’ve used Atom for at least 3 years and enjoyed all their products.The app is so easy to use but also on the plus side the customer service were brilliant we I had a query. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Easy to use

Easy to use and transfer money as an existing customer. They have added IDA'S to their products too which is good to know when my savings are released later this year. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
