Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to use & trustworthy online saver..

Have used Atom online for a few years and found it to be easy & no hassle to use. With new products made available found saving, found more in control of my money & how to use it. Also quick to inform of any changes. Gave a neutral for customer services as never used it, but sure it would be excellent. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Great experience over a few yrs.

I’ve had multiple accounts with Atom over the years. Never had to liaise with customer service so not sure about that. I think it works well and offers good interest rates Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Banking with Atom is so easy , When Interests are good it is so easy a site to invest with - having an instant access account couldn't be more simpler - just have to keep an eye on interest changes Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
