Local and member owned.

I don't use my acciunt often but now that they have a good Mobile App, it does pretty much everything I want i..e. see my balances, move monies around and open new accounts and download statements. All with very little fuss. Interest rates are consistently good but not necessirliy the best. For fixed rates I did consider Bath but better rates availble from our local Credit Union and also many of the new Digital Banks. I will always keep some savings with Bath because they are local and member owned but the majority of my savings likely to be placed elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th October 2024
