Atrocious customer service

I applied for a fixed term ISA. Deposited funds weren't acknowledged or immediately applied to my account. All attempts to contact the Building Society via both chat facilities, answerphone and email requests have effectively been ignored. Will attempt to withdraw my application as I have never encountered such poor customer service before Reviewed on: 28th October 2024

It is great to be able to go into branch and chat with someone, particularly for starting an ISA for our son. The online app has had some teething issues but has become easier to use over time.
