Brilliant Personal Service

My grandson's 18th meant changes to his savings accounts which were held in trust. Initial enquiry was sympathetically and helpfully dealt with. A little later the same staff member, Jane Cox , went out of her way to call me ,talked me through the process and was extremely helpful . Accessing online account for information to complete tax return

Both Corinne and Caroline were extremely helpful during our online chat and my problem was solved and questions answered really efficiently. the log on process was a little baffling and complex but now that I've succeeded once I'm confident I will be able to do it again, or at least I know I can get help if I have any problems.
