Car insurance BEST By Miles!

Staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful, and what a surprise on being out of lockdown, to do a trip over 220miles to find I only pay for the first 150miles! Excellent value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

Good value, but not as good as it used to be

Unable to contact customer service

I was very keen to explore this as I rarely use my car these days. I have two questions for which I need responses before committing to a policy. For three weeks I have been emailing, calling and starting chats on their web site and not a single person has responded. Simple and easy to use car insurance which encourages steady low millage drivers.

Why i like bymile

Bymile has been a life saver and has made my life financially sound. By paying only for the miles that I do I am more in control of my outgoing. By mile response team are very good and always get a prompt response. I am paying around 600 pound per year. Which is atleast 700 pound cheaper than most insurance and that too without a box. Fairly priced, tailored method of car insurance.

Great until eenewal

No issues and a good service. Price then increased by around 50% after two years of consistent pricing. Was able to get a quote cheaper than my original amount elsewhere. Miles into Smiles
