Quick to take my money, useless when I needed them

High quality and affordable insurer

I am a CyclePlan customer for three years in a row and I'm happy about both affordability and the quality of service I receive. I made a claim once, after my bike chain broke apart in the middle of the trip. The claim process was easy and I received a full refund without much hiss. I recommend this insurer to any bike owner. Superb value for money

Our household insurance company charged a fortune to cover our electric bikes and luckily my brother in law told us about Cycleplan. We couldn’t believe the great premium offered by them for the excellent cover and have been with them for years now. Reviewed on: 9th October 2026

Affordable and easily set up. Definately reccomend

Cycleplan was incredibly easy to set up, and it was a lot cheaper than I expected. They also gave me a discount because of where I bought my bike and then I got a referrel code afterwards for a friend to a plan cheaper and me to get money which I think is a great idea all around. I would highly reccomend Cycleplan to anyone looking for great, reasonably priced insurance. Reviewed on: 7th October 2026
