Cycle plan went to renew my policy but I was cheaper...

Cycle plan went to renew my policy but I was cheaper to cancel it and renew online as a new customer, which I don’t think is good for being a loyal customer. When I called them they told me to do this, which I did. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Excellent service and always helpful on the telephone to answer any queries that arise The price is very good and offer everything that you would need for complete insurance on your bike and you speak to a human being who understands everything that you ask so would definitely recommend cycle plan for your complete satisfaction. They know the risks of cycle ownership-no doubt !!

Every contact we have had with Cycle plan has been excellent and efficient. They clearly are the leaders for cycle and e bike customers. Clearly I hope never to be in a situation where we have to claim , but I have no doubt , if called upon , they would be excellent. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
