There's just something that stops me using it!

There's just something that stops me using the app to its full extent. I go through the rigmarole of putting £1500 in each month, but then I just go back to using First Direct for my day to day spending! I don't know what it is - the brand maybe? Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Customer service great same as Current A/c

Customer service is very available and excellent service received always. Current account is the best, the app is good after a little getting your head around it. so absolutely no complaints here after aver a year. Great for spending at home or abroad
