Excellent Customer Service and Great Value

I've called Chase customer service three times in the last year and each time my call has been answered promptly, The person who answered clearly knew their stuff and were all polite, efficient, and helpful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great for spending at home or abroad

Got the account for spending in France as it gives perfect exchange rate on purchases and cash withdrawals , but the bonus on everyday spending means i use the account for all spending, brilliant ! Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Excellent customer service - I feel valued.

Chase made switching to them so easy and I really like using the app to do everything I need to do. On the few occasions I have needed that little extra support I have enjoyed excellent and friendly customer service and I'd go so far as to say that my expectations have been exceeded every time.
