Disappointed

I’ve been a Chase customer for a while, but their products have become ridiculously expensive with fees creeping in everywhere. What’s worse, their customer support is going downhill every single day—long wait times, unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. An account that I can trust

I've been using Revolut for the past 2.5 years and it has been a breeze so far. I started using them just for FX but later started using their current accounts. The UI is super smooth and the features are much better than any traditional bank can ever offer. The only area where they can improve is their customer support and the time they take to handle grievances. Once that's fixed, nothing is gonna stop Revolut in winning my full trust!
