I was shocked how good it was when I called

I had to phone the bank about a transaction on my account and I honestly expected to be sat in a queue for ages, I was very shocked and pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone within a couple of rings and they already knew who I was! My fav account

Haven't used any other debit cards since having my Chase card. The 1% cashback feature is an excellent perk. The app is really easy to use and access and I've never experienced any issues. Also being able to use the card abroad without having to pay any fees is brilliant. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
