Outstanding Bank

I have never once had an issue with Chase at all. They’re response time in incredible and they are extremely helpful and have always resolved my query. The mobile app is user friendly and you’re able to split your finances as you want. I also have a savings account last and I think that the fact the savings accounts are on a separate screen is helpful for us that constantly dip into it, out of sight out of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to switch banks, and those also not looking!! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

The Only Bank I Would Ever Recommend

Chase have been outstanding from the start of my dealings with them. The app always works. I can create as many accounts as I need to help me budget my cashflow, but more importantly whenever BOE interest rates go up, so do Chase's. I have accounts with several institutions and no one else is putting up savings interest. Presumably they are all sitting on nice profits from the additional interest. Best bank EVER!!!

Ever since I opened a Chase bank account they have been absolutely fantastic. The cash back they offer for new customers for the first year is outstanding and their savings accounts are equally good rates. I've got no other reason to ever not use this account. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Close to perfect account.

Easy to use, the account gives you something back as a customer - 1% cashback for the first year, decent interest rates on savings, being able to transfer money in and out of different accounts within chase. Would and have recommended to friends and family. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Great new entry!

Really pleased with the offering that Chase has from its ease of use app to the features such as roundups (and the great interest on that!) along with the cash back too.
