I was shocked how good it was when I called

I had to phone the bank about a transaction on my account and I honestly expected to be sat in a queue for ages, I was very shocked and pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone within a couple of rings and they already knew who I was! The service felt very personable and I was blown away! Can’t rate them enough. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
