Chase has invested in a brilliant App. It's easy to use and view your balances and purchase information. Chase offer great customer service. I received an immediate response when I ever I experienced issues from an advisor whose first language was not a barrier to comprehension. Refreshingly straightforward to manage account.

I opened a Chase account as I was fed up with my existing current account provider's clunky app and (in my opinion) over-complicated way of simply adding a card to a phone wallet.
