Excellent service, usability and features

The cashback feature is great and easy to use. The set up process for the account is seamless and can be done in a matter of a couple of minutes, and the app is very intuitive. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A great a account for everyday spending

Originally obtained a savings account in April 2022 for then market leading instant access interest rate. However, then went on to establish the current account for cashback on spending, and the useful notification of spending service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great for everyday banking and good rewards

Great supporting App, notifies when you spend and when funds come into account. Easy to manage, with flexibility to open different accounts to save or spend as you like. Good rewards and incentives on offer. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Mixed feelings!

Whilst I have found the Chase debit card brilliant to use abroad, good rates, easily accepted, easy to top up - I do not find it very easy to look at what I have spent, either on the app or on downloaded statements. The top up amounts muddy the screens and are not always next to the item they relate to? Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
