Great new way of Banking

I was sceptical when downloading the app as to how this bank would work. However, its easy to use. you get interest paid on any savings account. I've got a debit card which gives great rates abroad and 1% cashback on all spending. What more could I ask for? Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great bank -for once matches up to the adverts

Opened a current and savings account. It is managed online. What can I say. Easy to use , transparent and very customer focussed. The rates are good and the lack of charges abroad is fantastic. The 1% cash back on purchases is a real bonus . I opened a Nutmeg account of the back of Chase ( they are linked) so one app does both. Brilliant well done Chase , finally a company who actually values its customers, they even are easy to contact AND-they actually reply to you with coherent sentances Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to use and interest on round-ups

The Chase app provides a very easy to use service. This offers a round-up facility (no extra work on my part) with interest accruing on all amounts rounded-up. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great bank

When I opened my chase account I was referred by a friend and we both got £20. I went on the refer others and got £20 each time which was great. Their 1% cash bank on purchases for 1 year has also been a great bonus. I also have their round up account and that has helped me save money without even realising. Excellent cash bank on ALL transactions

Been using Chase Bank for about 8 months, very very helpful customer service team when I called them. App is also very easy to use too, I love the fact your can navigate through it with ease, not like the UK high street banks at all, so so easy to use! great break through bank in the UK!
