Ease of insurance renewal

I was discussing the renewal of my insurance and was cut off and they called me back which was really useful. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

They were prepared to Review the price.

They are well know and provided insurance much lower priced than most. My renewal was more than I expected. I know when your over 70 companies tend to increase premiums. But I think that isn't a fair thing to do. We tend to be better drivers than people in their 30s and 40s. I rang them and said I thought the price a bit high. They reviewed it and gave me a discount which I was happy with. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Churchill handled my car claim very well

Churchill handled my car claim very well, as my car was hit whilst parked outside my house and written off. The insurance company for the truck that hit it attempted to hoodwink me into accepting a very poor offer, and continued to bully me for over 2 years. Churchill sorted this all out. The things I think they could do better are to be less confusing during a claim. Eg, I was called by a helpful person, but he didn't say his company work for Churchill, (or perhaps vice versa?)... Short-term fully comp cover

I recently had to find short-term car insurance as I was borrowing a parent's car for a few weeks. Churchill's fully-comprehensive cover offers excellent value for money with the option of easily cancelling my policy when I no longer need the car. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
