Staff great, business poor. Avoid

The staff and desire to help is second to none, clearly well trained customer facing staff. However the internal processes and infrastructure is abysmally poor. Took us many months to confirm our mortgage deal, and 32 pieces of CDD to verify it. From then, overpayments follow an overly complicated process. I complained to the Ombudsman about our take-on, they ruled in our favour 6 months ago and recommended Dudley make payment. Since then, Dudley simply refuse to make payment, a...
