Friendly and Professional

When I bought my flat nearly 4 years ago, I was very surprised to receive a huge welcome box of goodies from Dudley. This year, my mortgage was up for renewal and I decided to stay with Dudley for another 5 years. It was a pleasure to speak with the staff; they are attentive and helpful in their reply; very patient in answering my many questions; sending information and literature to help me in my decision making. Nice People To Do Business With....

Three years ago at the age of 75 I applied to Dudley for a mortgage to replace my old one that had expired. Every other building society turned me down because of my age, but Dudley didn’t and their mortgage gave me security of tenure ever since. Brilliant attention to personal need

As a self-employed foster carer with many, many miles on the clock, seventy plus in fact, most building societies and banks laughed me out of court. Not so with Dudley.
