Generally happy, although our daughter applied for a mortgage and was initially offered one, then made an offer on a property, but the mortgage offer was withdrawn, due to underwritters changing the T&Cs. Loyalty did not appear to coun for anything. Very disappointed as we had stayed loyal to the Dudley throughout our mortgage. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018
