I needed to set up a Trust account, and compared to other organisations that offer this service, the Dudley Building Society was outstanding. From my first phone call, submitting the application form and other information by email, to electronic checks, the service I have received is amazing. Excellent fixed rate 4.4% savings account for 18 months. Knowledgeable and professional but friendly service on the phone to help open the account. Documents and passbook sent promptly. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 21st December 2024
