Useless letter and waste of paper

I received a 4 page in colour letter telling me nothing useful other than the fact I had opened an account I have used for the last couple of months. This is a a complete waste of paper and not useful. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

Transfer of my late wifes isa to my name

We had an appointment for changing my late wife's ISA and tracker into my name. The advisor was ready to start, The advisor was friendly and operated in a professional manner. Overall the service we received was excellent. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
