I had a maturing Fixed Rate Bond.

I had a maturing Fixed Rate Bond. With great advice from your local team, I saw Jo and she helped me to set up a new ISA with part of the maturing fund. She also helped me to set up a new Branch Instant Access Saver to replace my Easy Access Saver at a better interest rate, and we transferred the balance of the maturing bond to this new account. It's all still happening so I'm still awaiting the the timescale to collect the new books. Huge thanks to Jo and the team for help and good advice Reviewed on: 11th September 2026

I was worried about the appointment as have anxiety...

I was worried about the appointment as have anxiety about financial meetings.But that ended as soon as i met julie ..so welcoming and friendly.Straight away i was relaxed.and when we found a common interest(running) it was like we were old friends.Will from now on review my other accounts with the idea of moving many if not all to yourselves.. Trust Accounts

Trust Account opening documents were clear and easy to complete. We brought the right documents to the meeting. Verification and ID was quick and simple on your system.
