ISA impressions at the temporary hub in Bridgeforth - very welcoming , very helpful, answered all my questions and went over everything I hadn't quite understood the first time. A comfortable, relaxed and business like manner combined which put me at ease. Prior to meeting Jennifer and Carol I have your Brierley Hill branch and found there was a hu available and was given the times and days it would be staffed which was most useful.
