Caring and Friendly bank

They simply are the best in terms of connecting with their customers. Whenever I speak to them, and it could be any time of the day or night, they are friendly, easy to deal with, and completely understanding of my requirements. I don't often have to ring the bank with a query, but when I do the call is always answered quickly and courteously. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2016

The best bank I have ever used

If I need to call First Direct, I very rarely have to wait more than a few seconds for an answer and the person who answers can usually deal with my request. If they don't have the information I need, they quickly pass me on to someone who can and they also make notes and pass on the details so that I don't have to repeat the request.
