Brilliant for kids

Fantastic child savvy idea

We always wanted a user friendly bank. To assist us with encouraging our children's experiences with finance. When we stumbled upon gohenry. It changed their relationship with money forever. Motivation levels have increased effortlessly and enthusiasm to gain financial rewards with a deeper understanding has been evident. It's a win win for all of us, the parents and our children! Off to a great start

Thanks to GoHenry, my ten year old daughter is already confidently managing her own finances. She checks her account, worls out what she needs to.earn for a treat, an item of clothing, whatever she wants... And completes just enough housework or homework for each reward. She enjoys saving, watching her savings grow, and the freedom and maturity of having her own debit card for her own shopping. My 13 year old has autonomy over her money.

I am convinced that if go Henry had of been around to help teach my adult son the value of money he would of had a better understanding. Being discalulate it was very hard for my hard. Go Henry offers a child and parent the chance to work out together their tasks, how much each is worth and my child knows that if she doesn’t work she doesn’t get paid! With the spending she has become more confident in knowing that a certain amount goes towards her goal and the rest is for her. She has set herself some pretty big goals, £162. for AirPods, she shopped around on Blackfriday and she found then for £125 so she learning to shop too. I am on a very low income and it’s important for me to show her how hard it can be to save for Christmas or Birthdays, she is learning the not only that she has to work for her money but also if she saves she can have nice things as well as keep a little back just in case she sees something she likes and wants. I get her what she needs and she gets what she wants, I feel that is a valuable lesson too. I wish Go Henry would bring something similar for adults, I have a brain injury and that makes working money out difficult at times. This is so simple to use that I would definitely use it to save for those birthday gift or even Christmas. It is rewarding to see my daughter confidence grow , making choices about how to save and what to spend her money on.. it’s fantastic. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Teaching kids the value of money

As a parent I feel safe knowing they have no cash on them and get a text whenever the use the card so I can keep tabs on there spending, there actually helping indoors to earn there pocket money which goes straight on there card. I can also top up the card when he’s out with his friends if he needs a little extra usually for a cheeky Nando’s lol, fantastic idea and have recommend it to everyone. Hassle free and peace of mind
