Very patient with clear direction

They have been excellent in partnership with Bristol City Council Homelessness service. Enabling me to start the process of finding a flat for myself and my son on 'private renting scheme'. They were speedily responsive to me when I had problems signing in and logging on. Very patient with clear direction. Reviewed on: 29th March 2024

Helpful and efficient.

Easy to join. Easy to withdraw money. When you phone you speak to a polite person with knowledge. Good to know you are helping others by saving with Credit Union. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

I have been helped out for years .

I have been helped out for years not just by helping me out of bankruptcy and by turning my life around. Now I am completely able to save and pay of all my bills also my credit cards are being payed off. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
