Accessible and very good customer service.

Very good customer service. I also bank with a standard high street bank and was offered a better interest rate with GWCU for my savings. GWCU are accessible and this is important to me as banks are closing and I do not want to use an app on my phone. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026

Have banked here for over 26 years.

Have banked here for over 26 years. Formally the Bristol Credit Union bank. Always trustworthy. I have had a few loans making life easier for big purchases and moving home. Good service here. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026

I’ve had minimal issues with any payments sent or re...

I’ve had minimal issues with any payments sent or received 1 or 2 at the fault of other merchants. I would say customer support should definitely be open for more hours in a day and Saturday. Payments not being sent quicker/instanty is sometimes a bit of inconvenience however they do go through. overall good experience in 3-4 months I have been with them would definitely say to improve customer service hours and email responsesx also dlow replied on website chat.
