Excellent service

I have been using the Credit Union for many years and the staff are always so helpful when you contact them. The online service is great as I can move money easily and it is a good way of putting a little by each month for emergencies. It is my preferred way of saving money. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Great service!

I have a fixed rate saver with GWCU and have received great service and a competitive interest rate. The website is easy to use and customer service is quick on responses. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

People first

I’ve been with this Credit Union for over 20 years when it was a local credit union in a very deprived area of the city. It has managed to survive, which is miraculous. Credit unions are a good thing in general. Enabling people to avoid loan sharks. Like a building society it focuses on its members and their needs. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
