Brilliant banking experience

I can’t fault Halifax at all I’ve been with them over ten years and had previously banked with 2 different high street banks which where average but Halifax have time and again went above and beyond for my needs wether it be finding extra currency for my holidays short notice that I forgot to order in or helping with queries I had about online charges from companies I didn’t recognise and there staff are very friendly and well informed Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

i love using my bank account in Halifax, as i use online banking, and banking in branch as well, very friendly, and helpful staff, and love using the ATM in the branch that i visit. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Reliable safe and great service

Been with them for 20 years . Had 2 minor complaints and dealt with efficiently and with understanding Security of online banking is very good and theres perks such as cashback and halifax "rewards" . Why would I move anywhere else? Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
