Great communication

I have always had a good experience with the Halifax and would highly recommend them. They keep me updated with all activity and send 'pop-ups' reminding me of income and expenditure. This is very useful especially with my ilness that causes 'brain fog'. They dealt swiftly and professionally when my bank account was hacked, and I enjoy using the 'cashback' offers every month, which make a difference over time. The app is clear and easy to use and there are many products on offer. None of my previous banks have given the information or bonuses this bank does and I'm a very happy customer. For a larger banks, I was skeptical

For a larger banks, I was skeptical about a switch to a Halifax current account but I've been impressed. Everything just works! When I've needed customer services they've been there the range of current account offerings is decent. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
