My Bank have been able to help arrange my direct debits so I don't get hit with all my bills at once and so that I don't go overdrawn anymore.

My Bank have been able to help arrange my direct debits so I don't get hit with all my bills at once and so that I don't go overdrawn anymore. Also my bank has now arranged it so I have a buffer so I can't go overdrawn, also having access to internet banking and the support in branch I have been able to manage my money better and even opened up an everyday saver. I have been with Halifax for many years now and find them an easy bank to bank with. Their online banking is easy to use with an easy to use app for the phone and Ipad. I log on every day with ease of use. easy to use transfer facilities from bank to bank. Easy to set up direct debits and payments. Can request overdraft using app. Very good security set up. Will text you if any unusual acitvity. Text when you set up new payments etc. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Perfect account

I've had this current account since I started working at age 17, which is 33 y ears, and I've never had any problems of any description. It's run smoothly, the charges are fair and it's easy to use online. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

help in my time of need

i had recently changed my bank over from NatWest to Halifax. upon opening my account with Halifax and changing all my direct debits over there was some confusion between getting paid, when checking about getting paid quickly realised that there had been some miss understanding and my money had not gone into my bank. i went into Halifax in tonbridge in Kent and they where fantastic. not only did they help me to understand what had gone wrong. but they also lent me the money and when the money owed came into my bank they would take it back out. having a young child too and needing shopping they where amazing. thank you halifax Reviewed on: 16th February 2016
