I have been with the Halifax for decades and have found the level of customer service to be of a high standard. They helped me with getting power of attorney for my self and my mother and also when I went through probate when she passed away Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Our account with it’s benefits is good value

We have an Ultimate Reward account and for £19 a month we have .. mobile phone insurance.. AA breakdown cover … travel insurance and home emergency insurance we find it very good value. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Long term customer with no issues

I have been with Halifax for years and have never had an issue with them. My current account has remained steady and their customer service is always great when I need to get in touch with them.
