Halifax - would highly recommend

App so easy to use regular emails which keep me up to date and would recommend them. They are easy to contact via the app almost immediate and have always been able to answer my questions Reviewed on: 26th March 2026

I have been with Halifax for 26 years, they have had good customer service and resolve most issues promptly. Unfortunately, they have closed my nearest branches. I don't think this in the best interests of the customers. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

I have been with the Halifax for decades

I have been with the Halifax for decades and have found the level of customer service to be of a high standard. They helped me with getting power of attorney for my self and my mother and also when I went through probate when she passed away Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Our account with it’s benefits is good value

We have an Ultimate Reward account and for £19 a month we have .. mobile phone insurance.. AA breakdown cover … travel insurance and home emergency insurance we find it very good value. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
