We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Jane Longmore during our recent mortgage application process. Despite the complexities and length of the process, Jane’s professionalism, patience, and dedication were outstanding and truly appreciated. Janes thorough knowledge of the mortgage landscape were evident throughout our interactions. Jane consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were wellinformed and comfortable with each step. Jane’s quick communication made such a significant difference to our experience in keeping us updated throughout. Self build mortgage

I recently completed on a self build mortgage with Hanley Economic. I was assisted throughout the application process by Lana who was extremely supportive, kept me updated regularly and responded to any of my questions promptly. Can't recommend this local building society enough!

Lana was lovely, professional and cared

I recently completed on my house purchase with The Hanley. My mortgage advisor was Lana. Lana was amazing. She made the process seamless. She gave us updates throughout. She made us aware upfront of what we needed so we could provide all the documents so nothing would be delayed. She was so lovely and friendly. She even sent us a congratulations card when we moved in, which we both said was a lovely touch. I would recommend The Hanley as they have a fantastic advisor (Lana) and the products offered were really good compared to other lenders. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
