Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Applied by post and got a phone call from the H&R BS the next day to confirm its receipt and chat about the next steps (e.g. posting out a passbook). The online set up was quick and the online site is very fast and easy to use. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Best savings account.

Great customer service

The H&R website was very helpful and saving rates very competitive. Follow-up from staff on the phone very friendly and helpful. My only negative comment - I tried to arrange for an application form to be sent by completing the on-line form but it didn’t work for me and I had to ring instead. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
